Each massage is custom designed for the individual. Pressure, depth, oils, lotions and massage tools can vary depending on client preference and needs.
Therapeutic Massage: This session helps to loosen tight joints, ease stiffness, reduce pain/stress and for relaxation. Customized to your needs, this session is also great for Fibromyalgia, RA, and other chronic conditions.

Magnesium Massage Therapy: This wonderfully, calming massage incorporates healing magnesium to soothe feelings of anxiety and stress, reduce muscle pain and cramps, ease symptoms of insomnia, boost the immune system, increase circulation, ease the discomfort and fatigue of fibromyalgia and so much more. Includes heated stones.

Mother-To-Be: Prenatal massage can help alleviate edema, back pain, sciatic pain, and relieve stress and anxiety. Pillows are used for extra comfort and support. Pregnancy can put extra strain on the body, both physically and emotionally. Prenatal massage is a wonderful way to allow the mother-to-be rest and obtain a feeling of well-being.

Earth Stone Massage: Warm oil, and heated basalt stones help to melt muscle tension and soothe away stress. Cool stones are weaved into the session for contrast therapy and detoxification.

TMJ: Neuromuscular therapy for the scalp, facial muscles, neck, shoulders and inside the mouth to bring relief from TMJ symptoms including headaches, jaw pain, neck pain, ear pain, eye pain. While this session isn't a cure, it can bring significant relief, especially when added to wearing a nightguard, as well as being mindful of eating habits such as chewing on ice, chewing gum, eating tough meats, etc. 60 min. - $70
Mohom Poultice Massage: Mohom is the Lao name of the clay pot where the indigo plant is boiled to give off the deep blue dye. With this treatment, you experience the ancient healing art of Hmong shamans, used to treat muscular aches and pains. A steamed indigo herbal compress, filled with pure remedial ingredients is thoroughly massaged into your body, followed by a Royal Thai & Aromatherapy Massage to alleviate sore muscles, back and joint pain as well as reduce stress and detoxify. Indigo is said to improve muscular tone and drain away toxins while eucalyptus, clove and black pepper essential oils dissolve muscular tension, embracing you in an aura of calm and harmony. The products used in this session are organically grown and made in Thailand.
The poultice is sent home with the client, who can reuse it as a compress, or in shower/bath for a cleansing treat.

Reiki-
Reiki is not massage, but a gentle method of hands-on healing. Reiki has it's roots in Asia and works by tapping into the universal healing energies, directing where it is needed to facilitate healing and relieve stress and anxiety. Reiki is safe for everyone and is used in hospitals, hospice, and other medical facilities for it's healing properties.
Reiki Session includes a healing attunement at start of session. 60 min. - $55
Long Distance Reiki- Long Distance Reiki is offered to those who can't come into my office, regardless of where you live in the United States. We start with a consultation and agreement on time and day. If you wish to be connected over the phone during the session, we can arrange that, or- simply touch base prior to the session to make sure we are both still on agreement. The session will last between 40 and 45 minutes, and cost $40.
Payment must proceed session. We will touch base after the session to discuss.
